Shipping and Delivery:
International Shipping
At this time, we are unable to offer international shipping for our larger furniture peices (plinths, tables, coffee tables and side tables) due to a range of logistical challenges that affect the efficiency, cost, and reliability of delivering products across borders.
At the moment, we can only ship smaller accessories, such as trays and chain links, internationally via DHL. Parcels may incur a Customs import fee when entering your destination country.
Nationwide (Philippines) Shipping
We are pleased to offer shipping within the Philippines through third-party couriers partners.
Third-Party Courier Handling
Shipping within the Philippines is managed by an external courier service, which ensures that your order is delivered promptly and efficiently. While we work closely with these third-party providers to ensure the best possible service, it is important to note that once the package leaves our facility, the shipping process is under the responsibility of the courier.
Crating Fee
To ensure the safe and secure delivery of your items, we apply a crating fee if delivery address is outside Greater Manila. This fee covers the materials and labor necessary to properly package and protect your order. The crating ensures that your products arrive in the best condition possible and reduces the risk of damage during transit.
Damage Claims
While we take every precaution to package your items securely, there is always a small risk of damage during transit, especially for delicate or heavy items. In the event that your package arrives damaged, we kindly ask that you bring this issue to the attention of the courier directly. Since the third-party courier is responsible for the shipping and handling of your order once it leaves our premises, any claims for damages must be handled with them. We recommend documenting the condition of the package upon arrival and reaching out to the courier service as soon as possible to resolve the matter.
Same Day Delivery (only applies for Metro Manila):
If the item is stocked and on-hand, then we can offer same-day delivery.

Lost Parcels:
Parcels may take longer to arrive due to logistics issues. As such, if the parcel has not arrived within 60 days of despatch, kindly let us know at sales@renwares.store to sort the issue out.
Returns/ Refunds:
As soon as the shipment leaves our warehouse, things are out of control. With that said, should you find your item damaged upon arrival, please contact us with a photo of how it was delivered to you, and we’ll be happy to sort it out. You can contact us by quoting your name, order number and attaching images and sending it to either sales@renwares.store or via DM on Instagram @ren_wares or @ren_marble.
